Role Description

As a Project & Restoration Volunteer at Montauto, you will be at the heart of an ambitious urban and rural regeneration initiative. This is a full-time, on-site role in Rome for those who want to gain 360-degree experience in heritage preservation, vocational training, and digital innovation.

You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you will be a "founding" member of the site’s transformation. Your days will balance physical site rehabilitation—such as land management and preparing historic buildings for use—with strategic coordination, including event planning, community outreach, and digital content creation. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn operative project leadership by doing, from the ground up.
